GCSE Exam Results 2014
Ridgewood School students are once again celebrating GCSE success in a wide range of subjects. Ridgewood's Triple Scientists have done particularly well with 98% of all entrants gaining an A*-C grade in Physics, Biology and Chemistry. The Engineering Specialist legacy has paid off again this year with 85% of all students taking Product Design gaining grades at the higher levels.
A Level Results
Students and staff at Ridgewood School were celebrating a second year’s set of fantastic A level results, with many at A and A* grades. Many exceptional performances were being celebrated by the school’s outgoing Year 13 with high numbers of students achieving A*, A and B grades in their chosen subjects. The percentage of students gaining A/A* grades has risen from 16% last year to 26%.
School re-opens to all pupils on Tuesday 2nd September at 9am. Year 8 - 11 report to their Form Tutors / Form rooms for 9am. Year 7 to report straight to the School Hall where they will be greeted by Form Tutors and the Year 7 Team.
Year 12 attend for an admin day on Tuesday 2nd September, 9:00 - 1:00pm. Year 12 timetable then commences on Thursday 4th September.
Year 13 return to Post 16 on Wednesday 3rd September.
