Opus 100

Welcome to Opus 100! Bigger and better than ever before!

Opus 100 is now open to all pupils in Ridgewood's feeder primary schools who play brass and woodwind instruments.

This year our specialist brass, woodwind and percussion students will continue to develop their performance skills, complete team building and vocal exercises, and develop their understanding of music theory in an interactive way.

When is it?

Every Wednesday, 3:45-5:00pm

What do Opus 100 participants need to bring?

  • Their instrument!
  • Some change for the tuck shop
  • A pencil

What are the travel arrangements?

Students from Rosedale are accompanied to walk to Ridgewood in time for the start of the rehearsal at 3.45pm. Students from Copley and Richmond Hill are taken by coach to Ridgewood School. All students are greeted at the main pedestrian gate by members of Ridgewood staff and Opus 100 ambassadors, to be registered in time for the workshop to start.

If your child is a participant, please collect him/her at the end of the rehearsal from the designated area at 5.00pm.

If you have any further questions, we would love to help you. Please get in touch by using the Contact Us facility on this website and selecting 'Opus 100'.
