Please complete the table below with the subjects you are studying in Year 11, together with your most recent predicted grade.
Please complete the table below with the details of any GCSE or vocational qualifications that you have already taken and the results you obtained.
To ensure a smooth transition and effective support, we require details about any learning support you have had, as well as any disabilities, personal circumstances (including whether you have an Education, Health and Care Plan or if you are in the care of the local authority), school exclusions and criminal convictions. This information will be kept securely with your application and will not be passed on to anyone outside of Ridgewood School. Please complete the box below with the relevant details.
Please note: The entry requirements listed are accurate at the time of publication. They remain subject to revision as further information is provided by the Department for Education regarding the structure and assessment of curriculum and qualifications. Ridgewood School reserves the right to review and amend these entry requirements and to consider the entry requirement for each student on an individual basis. Further information regarding entry requirements can be found on the website. We will acknowledge receipt of your application form via letter or email, which will detail the time and date of your first meeting with a member of the sixth form team. At this time, there will be an opportunity for you to discuss your subjects and pathway. Please note that subject choices at this stage are provisional and some courses may not run due to low application numbers.
